Our technology enables our ServiceCentre staff to have full and real time visibility of our entire fleet and therefore enables them to select the optimum courier for the job as well as providing customers with accurate collection and delivery times.
As well as our locally based Customer Service agents we also have field based account managers and business development staff who are on hand to visit customers, wherever they are in the UK, to discuss requirements face to face.
