We booked a courier today for a SameDay Courier delivery and I've been tracking the courier OnLine, like you showed me. I just wanted to say, I think it's great! I like the way you can look at the bird's eye view as well as the aerial shots, and I can let site contacts know when the courier is arriving.

A very very wet good afternoon from Birmingham,
Today it has been raining cats and dogs all day here in Birmingham & the traffic has come to a stand still.

That is, all but the lone CitySprint courier on his pushbike.
Customers have rang us to say how amazed they have been by the dedication of your rider.

I wanted to let you know that Kelly has today provided excellent assistance with a time critical courier pick up and delivery of a passport to London Heathrow in very sensitive circumstances. Kelly is very efficient, responsive to urgent deadlines and a great communicator. This is not the first time she has helped me with a similar problem and I know that my colleagues in the team are also grateful for her assistance and efficiency.

I first used CitySprint over two years ago when I received a flyer from them and I've never used another courier company since! I use them on a daily basis - and am sometimes in contact with them up to half a dozen times a day! It is not always possible to give CitySprint much notice but it is never a problem, they always bend over backwards to help us and pull out all the stops...they are very reliable and the couriers are always polite and good natured - this makes them my favourite courier company! I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how fantastic one of your couriers has been recently. As I am sure you will know most magazines are currently working on their Christmas issues. This means everything gets bigger and we have so many more props to do, everything get a bit crazy and hectic.

We have had 9 shoots to do in the last 3 weeks, shooting every other day and have had to use Luton vans for most of them. John, the Luton van driver, has been fantastic. Apart from ALWAYS having a smile on his face he is always willing to help lift and carry props. He always helps us out at short notice.

Most of our shoots run over. He never complains about us keeping him waiting to load up (usually for quite a while) and has been great about picking up quite late, even though he has to take everything back to the office and unload on his own often after 9pm.

Please send him our thanks and let him know we are going to specify that we want him to pick up our jobs from now on, if we need a transit or Luton van.

We're tracking it OnLine - what a fantastic tool!! That is by far the best tracking system we have used and will definitely be using it again for high priority deliveries like today's one.

Just a short note to thank you and the whole CitySprint team for your help with our consignments over the last few days. Without the equipment you got to the grounds today, the UEFA Cup game wouldn't have been shown on the television tonight and millions of men around the country would have been very grumpy.
