Customer Services Controller
Job Purpose: To assist in the efficient operation of CitySprint’s Call Centre.
Main Duties:
- Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls, quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
- Completing customer booking on in-house computer program (CityTrack)
- To resolve and direct customer queries by effectively communicating with other departments at all levels
Experience
- Proven customer service experience.
- Data Entry Skills

- Computer literate and comfortable learning new packages.
- Fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Efficient and customer focused telephone manner
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Able to work within a pressured environment
