Customer Services Controller

Job Purpose: To assist in the efficient operation of CitySprint’s Call Centre.

Main Duties:

  1. Confidently deal with all incoming customer calls, quickly, courteously and efficiently at all times.
  2. Completing customer booking on in-house computer program (CityTrack)
  3. To resolve and direct customer queries by effectively communicating with other departments at all levels

Experience

  1. Proven customer service experience.
  2. Data Entry Skills

Skills/ Abilities

  1. Computer literate and comfortable learning new packages.
  2. Fast and accurate keyboard skills
  3. Efficient and customer focused telephone manner
  4. Effective communication skills
  5. Excellent punctuality and attendance
  6. Able to work within a pressured environment
  7. Flexible
  8. Reliable
  9. Good team player
  10. Mature, professional approach
