From Friday 15th January 2010, following a structured acquisition, the regional businesses of Post Haste will now trade as CitySprint.

CitySprint warmly welcomes all Post Haste customers and we very much look forward to serving your needs.  Our focus is to provide you with our proven flexible and personal service for all your SameDay, NextDay and International courier requirements.

This is an exciting development and will enable you to benefit from improved collection and delivery times made possible by CitySprint's unique national network. You will also have increased visibility over bookings via CitySprint's sector leading OnLine services. CitySprint operates the largest GPS enabled SameDay fleet in Europe which enables customers to benefit from real-time information at the touch of a button. Via the CitySprint website you can not only obtain quotes and book jobs but can also track the dedicated courier assigned to your job from the point of collection through to delivery. Unlike many other systems offered by competitors CitySprint's solution offers complete transparency by providing a real-time, live, map location of the courier undertaking each job, enabling you to track the journey from beginning to end. In addition you will automatically receive a time stamped audit trail by email as well as the recipient's signature which can then be forwarded on as a hyperlink or PDF.

You will continue to receive a personal and dedicated service and all the existing local telephone numbers and contacts remain as before. You are also likely to continue to see the same couriers and riders, and over time we will replace Post Haste uniforms and vehicle liveries with CitySprint branding. An additional benefit is that you will now be supported by CitySprint's 30+ UK ServiceCentres, and extensive fleet of 1500+ dedicated couriers, including over 400 motorbikes and vans in Central London alone.
