Andrew Bernard, Chairman

Andrew BernardAndrew has been at the forefront of the Transport and Logistics Industry for nearly 25 years. Andrew led the successful acquisition of CitySprint in 2002, and has steered the business through a period of substantial growth. As Chairman of CitySprint, Andrew focuses on promoting the CitySprint brand and values externally within the wider Transport and Logistics community.

Ben Haynes, Deputy Chairman

Ben joined CitySprint in 2004, following our acquisition of the Midlands based logistics group that he founded in 1994. With 20 years specific sector experience, Ben’s key focus is the strategic development of the CitySprint business, covering both organic growth, new markets and opportunities, and growth through acquisition.

Jocelyn Tyacke, Non Executive Director

Jocelyn worked in a number of Sales and Marketing roles in different industries before joining CitySprint in 2001 as Commercial Director. She was part of the successful team that acquired CitySprint in 2002 and has had a wide ranging role of developing CitySprint’s overall commercial strategy. In her role as Non Executive Director, Jocelyn works on key projects at Board level.

Justin Moore, Sales and Marketing Director

Justin has been working in the courier industry since 1994. Having held a number of operational roles, Justin has more recently held senior sales and business development positions in both International and UK Overnight networks. Justin joined CitySprint in 2005 and is responsible for all areas of marketing, new business development as well as account management.

Simon Kemplen, Operations Director - London

Simon joined CitySprint when the Heathrow based sameday courier business that he had founded and owned was acquired in 1998. Since that time he has held a number of operational and account management positions within the business and prior to taking his current role has most recently been instrumental in the growth by acquisition of the Regional CitySprint business.

Andrew Turner, Medical Sector Director

Andrew has more than 21 years experience of Time Critical Logistics within the NHS and Private Healthcare transportation sector.  He joined CitySprint in 2003 and is responsible for the growth of CitySprint's Pathology Transport and Clinical Trial Divisions. Andrew is based at CitySprint's National Medical transport centre in London.

Patrick Gallagher, Chief Executive

Patrick has been alongside the evolving SameDay distribution sector for over 22 years. A career that included managing a nationwide US courier business, Patrick was part of the successful team that acquired CitySprint in 2002. CitySprint has since expanded its market share and strengthened its position as the UK's leading SameDay distribution company. Patrick's mission is to capitalise on market consolidation opportunities, capture market share from emerging vertical sectors and continue to drive the year on year organic growth of the business.

Gerard Keenan, Finance Director

Prior to joining CitySprint in 2004, Gerard, a Chartered Accountant, worked in senior financial roles for a number of service businesses. He has been involved in the flotation and Corporate Financing of companies. At CitySprint, Gerard has been instrumental in creating a firm funding foundation for the business, and he manages the finances of the company and is also responsible for the HR, IT and Commercial functions.

Mike Timlett, IT Director

Prior to joining CitySprint in 2003, Mike worked as a Senior IT Manager for a Global Integrator. At CitySprint, Mike has responsibility for the IT strategy as well as the smooth running and development of IT within the business. His role focuses on the management and development of the systems that support our Customers.

Darren Taylor, SameDay Logistics Director

Darren joined CitySprint in 1997 with a proven track record in commercial, operational, project and account management. Darren's 20 years industry experience includes an extensive knowledge of the logistics sector. Darren has played a key strategic role in the growth of the CitySprint SameDay Logistics services and is focused on the continuing development of this target sector.

Paul Gisbourne, Operations Director - Regions

Paul has worked in the courier industry since 1994, successfully delivering a consistent record of growth and client satisfaction.  Since joining CitySprint in 2006, he has managed and developed a successful Southern Regional area and now has full responsibility of the management and growth of the overall Regional business.
