Our most recent significant acquisition was the Post Haste Group in January 2010. Post Haste is a specialist same day express courier company which was founded in 1977. CitySprint acquired the Reading, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Tolworth, Swindon, High Wycombe, Watford, Edinburgh and Dundee elements of the Group.
Prior to this in November we acquired Warwickshire based On the Dot Couriers; In the Summer of 2009, we acquired Telford based Jaguar Couriers and in November 2008, PBS couriers in Birmingham. Acquiring both Jaguar and PBS resulted in us opening two new ServiceCentres in these locations and further expanding our network, supporting both our local and national customers alike.
