Tracking an Amazon.co.uk order?

We have been alerted to a scam which is using the name 'CitySprint' in an attempt to legitimise fraudulent practises.
The scam tends to relate to either lottery winnings, asking people to send money in order for their lottery winnings to be despatched, or to overseas "CitySprint" offices claiming to have an international delivery for the recipient of the email, for which they need to release funds to an account in order to receive the package.

Typically the return email addresses use an ISP such as Yahoo or Hotmail and not the the name of the company they are purporting to be. The account for the transfer of funds is in an individual's name.
CitySprint has absolutely no affiliation with any lottery organisation and has no international offices. It is not advisable to send money to unknown organisations and if anyone is in receipt of such an email we highly recommend that you contact the authorities for advice on this matter.

Further advice can be obtained from the Metropolitan Police 'Fraud Alert' website www.met.police.uk/fraudalert.
