The Financial Times interviews a CitySprint healthcare courier about transporting transplant organs

Ravi Rajalingam, one of our specialised Healthcare couriers who is involved in the transportation of organs for transplants, was interviewed last week by FT Journalist, Michael Stothard, to help him understand what was involved in a typical day.

The article appeared in the Business Life section of the newspaper, in a special section called "The Job" on Monday 17th October, which features interesting and unusual careers. Ravi is passionate about being a medical courier and the fact that through his job, he helps to save lives.

In the article, Ravi describes how arriving at the hospital with an organ "can be quite emotional as the patient, their family and all the surgeons are just waiting for you to walk through the door"*.
