Appointment of David Burtenshaw as Chairman

CitySprint annouces the appointment of David Burtenshaw to the Company's Board as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
David has held senior board positions in the logistics sector for 30 years with Federal Express, where he became Managing Director of its home delivery business, ANC and Lynx Express. He became CEO of Lynx in 1999 and Chairman of the Board of the EuroExpress partnership in 2001, of which Lynx was a leading member. In 2005, David managed the sale of Lynx to UPS. 

Commenting, Patrick Gallagher, Chief Executive of CitySprint, said:

David Burtenshaw, commented:
