'The mince pie project' brings together 36 high-profile chefs such as Raymond Blanc, Michel Roux Jr and Angela Hartnett - all of whom have created their own special mince pie recipes.  Freshly-baked batches of 50 mince pies from each chef are being auctioned to the highest bidder in an online public auction at www.themincepieproject.com.  All successful bidders will receive an early taste of Christmas courtesy of CitySprint.
 
Proceeds from the charity fund-raising initiative will be donated to Action Against Hunger and The Jamie Oliver Foundation.
