CitySprint has completed its second acquisition of 2011, TnM Couriers in Warrington, for an undisclosed sum.
CitySprint, the UK's largest privately owned SameDay distribution company, has completed its second acquisition of 2011, TnM Couriers in Warrington, for an undisclosed sum. CitySprint has several locations in the North, and the addition of TnM further strengthens its coverage in the North West region.
TnM Couriers Ltd was established in 2006 by Mat and Bobbie Nichols, providing dedicated SameDay Courier transport solutions to their customer base within the local Warrington area, and further afield across the UK. The company specialises in immediate same day shipments of pharmaceutical products but also provides a range of courier services to their clients. Mat and Bobbie have grown their business over the years through providing a consistently high level of service to their customers, and developing good working relationships.
From Friday 15th April 2011 TnM Couriers Ltd will trade as CitySprint, operating from its existing location in Warrington. Mat Nichols and James Burrell will continue to manage the operations and a number of self-employed couriers, will move across from TnM Couriers to CitySprint to help ensure continuity of service for existing customers.
Mat Nichols explains their decision to work with CitySprint; "We have developed the TnM business to its full potential as a thriving and dynamic local courier provider and have been working very closely with CitySprint in recent years. It is now the natural time to develop this relationship further so that the business can take on new challenges and grow further. I am really looking forward to being part of the CitySprint team and continuing to develop our customer offering."
Existing TnM Couriers customers will now benefit from the opportunity for a UK wide SameDay Courier service, made possible by CitySprint's unique national network..
