Our network of over 30 wholly owned ServiceCentres across the UK ensures that we have fast access to every major hospital and means that we can provide a secure and rapid response service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our unique real time tracking software, CourierLocator, allows our customers to view the real time map location of the dedicated courier handling the delivery of the organ or tissue.
Donor tissue for transplants will be moved on the fastest available route by dedicated couriers. When required, access to helicopter and MEDIVAC jet charter services can be organised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from various locations through the UK.
MEDIVAC jets are available from the London Jet Centre and our Charter Team are able to position MEDIVAC jets across the UK at short notice. Our extensive global network utilises commercial jets to ensure that On Board Couriers have access to the next available direct flight thereby ensuring rapid delivery of organs and tissue anywhere in the world.
Tissue Banking services are also available. We work closely with many Research Societies to provide effective solutions for the collection of kidneys, lungs, livers, corneas, heart valves and tissue from recently deceased donors and their delivery to medical centres or tissue banks. The logistics are all controlled from our 24-hour operations centres in London - England, Atlanta - USA and Melbourne - Australia.
