CitySprint OnLine

The CitySprint OnLine system is a secure, fast and simple way to book and manage your International Express shipments. You can access your own account area of the CitySprint OnLine directly through this website, simply by selecting the Book OnLine page.

OnLine provides you with;

• OnLine quotations, bookings, collections, tracking and proof of delivery;
• Air Waybill creation and printing, consignee database, collection manifests and customs paperwork;
• Bespoke, flexible shipment management reporting, exportable to spreadsheets.

Special Delivery

Please confirm any special requirements with Customer Services when booking and also clearly state this in the ‘special instructions’ section on the Air Waybill (e.g. delivery by 09:00).
CitySprint will endeavour to meet whatever deadlines you may have, subject to available flights. However, certain destinations or deadlines may require earlier collection times than the standard express service.
Any additional charges will be confirmed at time of booking and all special delivery options carry a money back guarantee, subject to certain conditions, full details of which are available upon request

Confirmation and Proof of Delivery

CitySprint automatically emails you the full details of all of your shipments collected each day (Export Confirmation) and all of your shipments delivered each day (Proof of Delivery). Please ensure that we have your correct email address to enable us to send you this information.

Consignment Indemnity Cover

CitySprint’s standard consignment indemnity cover is £100 per consignment. If you require extra cover, for loss or damage to your consignment, CitySprint can provide this up to a value of £10,000 per consignment for an additional charge and subject to our terms and conditions.

Requests for extra cover must be received and confirmed by us prior to collecting your shipments. Therefore, please complete the International Consignment Indemnity Cover Request form or download the form, complete it and fax it to us on 0207 466 4901 (London) or 08708 732177 (Outside London).
