CitySprint's technology:We were the first distribution company to launch a national, live courier-tracking system – CourierLocator – which enables our customers to view a real-time map location of the courier undertaking their SameDay Courier job. This leading-edge technology offers our customers complete transparency of their courier bookings and unrivalled customer service.
When you book, either by phone or online, our system identifies those couriers who are able to do your job. Our software then selects the optimum courier. Job details are sent electronically to the courier who then confirms acceptance of the job on their GPS-enabaled hand held device, a CityTrakker. As the courier proceeds to the collection point and onward through to delivery, the CourierLocator software tracks the courier’s movements in real-time.
You can view the exact progress of their deliveries in real time online and the information can also be sent directly to on to your own clients via email.
QuikTrak
QuikTrak enables you to view the time-stamped audit trail of your job in PDF format, including a proof of delivery signature once the job is completed.
