How to book a courier

Booking a courier with CitySprint is easy- whether you have an account or you just want to pay by credit card.

Booking with a corporate account

With an account, you can book SameDay, International and UK overnight courier services over the phone or using our online booking platform, using a variety of payment options.

To get quotes, book, track and view your reporting, just login to the MyCitySprint area and navigate using the services and action options. 

To call to make a booking, please contact your local service centre.

Booking without a corporate account, by credit/debit card

When you don't want to have a corporate account or are booking for your own personal use, and prefer to pay by credit or debit card, then all you need to do is:

Click Get a quote or Book a courier on the home page to get a quick quote based on the collection postcode to the delivery postcode. You then select the service/vehicle that you want and convert the quote straight into a booking. As part of the booking process, you set up an online profile so that you can then track your booking and receive SMS and email notifications as your delivery takes place.

If you want to go back in to your bookings, you can then login to the MyCitySprint area and access your profile and all your bookings.

MyCourier lets you book and track on the go - for both account and non-account customers (available for both Android and Apple devices).

All of your bookings made online are visible on the app and vice versa, giving you the same functionality whether you book on your computer, your tablet or your smartphone.
