How do you track your delivery?
You can just click on Track on the home page, which takes you to a login page and then you choose how you want to access your delivery information. If you are tracking a home delivery that you have ordered from a retailer, click here.
If you have an online account (for account holders) or profile (for credit/debit card users who have booked with us online or via the app before), you just enter your email and password and click submit.
You will then get all the tracking details, including a live status and, if appropriate, a real-time map showing the courier undertaking your delivery.
All other users
If you have never booked online or via the app with us before, you will not have an active online profile and therefore you can use the account number and the job or air waybill number to track your delivery.
Once you have entered those details, you are shown all the tracking details, including a live status and, if appropriate, a real-time map showing the courier undertaking your delivery.

You can set up email and SMS notifications when booking, so we send you an email and/or text at each stage of the delivery, taking the burden off you to actively track your delivery.
Within the email notifications, there is a link which takes you directly to your tracking detail page with a real-time map (if appropriate), without having to enter your tracking details.
