To celebrate National Women’s History month, we will be casting a spotlight on amazing women who work for CitySprint. Following on from Monica, this week we’re chatting with Sales Manager Holly.
I’m Holly Hatch and I have worked for CitySprint for 2 years and 2 months.
In this time, I have had 3 roles, the first being in Customer Management where I led the Southern team. I then moved over to the Sales team to manage Northern Sales and I’m now the manager of the London Sales and National Inside Sales team.
My role today involves creating a winning environment for my teams to operate in. As a result, I’m able to work towards delivering on revenue and margin targets above and beyond business expectations. I enable my team to work smart and achieve both their personal and professional goals.
The thing I love most about my job are my teams. I manage two amazing groups of talented, committed sales professionals and I work within a dedicated Senior Management Team focused on delivering CitySprint objectives. I work for a management team who give me the opportunity to develop as an individual whilst also adding value to the business.
One of the most challenging business projects I have been involved in was the implementation of DocSend. Delivering DocSend into the sales team has given visibility, control and insights into customer behaviour and buying process. The tool has fundamentally changed the intelligence we have of our customers business and their uncommunicated focus and interest. With the adoption of this platform throughout our business, we can data, save time whilst also improving customer experience.
If I could give one piece of advice, it would be to treat everyone you meet as you would your customer. Whether they work with you, work for you, support you, teach you or are actually your customer- treat them with respect, be accountable and be proactive every day.
