At CitySprint, we have always strived to put the needs of people at the heart of everything we do and deliver a reliable service through local experts, so we wanted to create a statement that reflects this. That’s why we are delighted to reveal our brand new Company Purpose.

Every parcel is as important as the next and we wanted to put a spotlight on our commitment to serving every member of our community. Having a national reach with a local feel enables us to provide the right amount of customer support, deliver unmatched delivery performance levels and offer a quality of service to empower every customer we have.
