*Person To Person (PTP)
The courier will require proof of identity from the named addressee (passport, driving licence, bank card or if instructed, a password) before handing the consignment over.

**Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
The courier will collect the consignment which will be secured in a waterproof sealed pouch and addressed to a named recipient. The recipient will be required to provide proof of identity, once this has been obtained, the recipient will be asked to break the seal in front of the courier and sign the enclosed pro-forma. The courier will then return the signed pro-forma to the FCA.

  • Midday (before 12pm)
  • OVN next day (delivered before 5pm)
  • OVN Sat 9am (Saturday before 9am)
  • OVN Sat 10.30am (Saturday before 10.30am)
