Lewis Day and CitySprint
We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement to acquire the courier operations of Lewis Day.
What will this change mean to you as a customer of Lewis Day?
The service you receive will run as normal, all contact details and Lewis Day personnel will remain the same. However, we will now be able to offer a UK network of 37 local ServiceCentres and a courier fleet in excess of 2500 vehicles, handling over 15,000 bookings a day. This scale combined with local expertise means we can provide a better service with an enhanced customer experience, combined with best-in-class technology. This will give you improved online booking facilities; real time tracking, proof of deliveries and automated status notifications.
If you currently use Lewis Day car services, your account will be transferred to Addison Lee, CitySprint's partner in this acquisition. Addison Lee can offer you reduced waiting times and a wide range of booking options via online and Smartphone apps. You will now also receive a separate invoice from Addison Lee for these services. Booking & Tracking
All of your current arrangements remain unchanged. Contact numbers remain the same and your account manager will remain the same. All online bookings will be processed as normal.
