Temporary phoneline issues

We were experiencing temporary issues with our phone systems and as a result a few customers could not manage deliveries over the phone. As an alternative, there are a number of other ways to manage deliveries.

If you have a CitySprint account:

-  Login to your account to book, track and report on your deliveries
-  Activate your online account if you haven't already
-  Find details to contact your local service centre

If you don't have a CitySprint account:

-  Register for an account
-  Book a one off delivery without an account
-  Find details to contact your local service centre
