Our quick and easy door-to-door service means your goods can be collected and delivered the same day saving you the time and stress of moving your luggage to a new residence. We can pick up and deliver a range of items including suitcases, bags, boxes, trunks, holdalls etc. We also offer UK overnight & international delivery if you need to send items longer distances.

How to book your collection and delivery

Booking your collection is quick and easy. You don't need an account to use our services, just call our Leeds service centre on 0113 385 7891 to book by credit/debit card and quote CS036767.

Our team are also on hand to provide you with any help and advice you need over the phone to ensure your booking is hassle-free. 
 

Your checklist

When you call our Leeds service centre to book your collection, as well as having your collection/delivery points and card details ready, you will need to ensure you understand the following:
 
  • All bookings to be made by phone quoting reference code CS036767
  • Goods will need to be prepared in time for collection/delivery
  • Pricing includes a total of 40 minutes loading/unloading time; any excess will be charged at 50p per minute
  • In the event of a booking cancellation a £25 fee will be charged and the remaining card payment refunded
  • Courier will load vehicle; customer will need to carry goods to and from van 
  • Someone will need to be present at point of delivery to unload and receive goods
  • Customer not allowed on or in van
  • All items to be carefully boxed up; no loose items
  • We are unable to cover glass, liquids and items not well packaged for insurance purposes
  • We are unable to collect/deliver furniture
  • Items cannot exceed 25kg
