The SPS IT Help and Consultancy Team [SPS Support] delivers high quality technical support for the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh.

One of their key roles is to provide IT Hardware for desk-based and student-facing staff, so the lockdown presented a new challenge for the team: ensuring everyone was equipped and ready to work from home.
 
Normally SPS Support take kit to people’s workplace or introduce them to the equipment at their office. But with University buildings closed, they needed a fast, failsafe way to get devices to staff.
