Last week members of our client services team, Donna Smith and Rosie Bailey, attended the UK Complaint Handling Awards where CitySprint were nominated as finalists in two categories.

In August 2017, the first five of our new-age cargo bikes joined our London fleet. Since then we’ve expanded to 25 electrically assisted ones, boasting one of London’s largest fleets and bringing our zero-emission fleet to 120+ vehicles.

I’m immensely proud to announce that out of 12 leading delivery companies and independent couriers, CitySprint achieved a first class 92% satisfaction score in the Which? “Best and worst delivery companies 2017” ranking - putting us in first place.

Across our network, we have been dressing up in our finest ACDC wigs and leg warmers to raise money for the great cause that is Comic Relief. Currently we've tallied hundreds of pounds and we're still counting!

This autumn, Mayor Khan’s toxicity charge comes into play – a £10 “pollution tax” that any older and more polluting vehicle – will be required to pay on entering central London.
