Who are we?
CitySprint is one of the UK’s leading Same Day logistics specialists, trusted for more than 20 years to deliver urgent, business critical work when it matters most. Every day, we support organisations across healthcare, professional services, retail, technology, manufacturing and the public sector — delivering time-sensitive items with accuracy, speed and care.
We operate a national network of 26 service centres and a dedicated fleet of couriers. As part of DPD and the Geopost group, we combine the scale and stability of a global logistics leader with the pace, identity and entrepreneurial culture of our own business.
Our reputation is built on reliability and service — reflected in strong customer relationships, long-term partnerships and thousands of positive Trustpilot reviews (avg 4.9).
How we work
CitySprint is a fast-paced, people-led business. Plans shift quickly, decisions are made by the people closest to the work, and everyone’s contribution is visible. Success here comes from taking ownership, using good judgement and caring about the impact you make for customers.
You’ll work closely with colleagues, balance competing priorities and follow things through. You don’t need to have all the answers on day one — what matters is being proactive, willing to learn and committed to delivering a great service.

Is CitySprint right for you?
CitySprint is a great fit for people who:
- enjoy working at pace
- value clarity and honest communication
- take pride in doing a good job
- want their contribution to make a real impact
It may not be right for everyone. We set clear expectations, hold ourselves to high standards and work in time critical environments. But for people who want responsibility, variety and the opportunity to shape real outcomes, it’s a rewarding place to build a career.
Our values.
How we'll do it.

Honesty.
We value facts and measure our performance with simple visible metrics. Integrity and transparency are at the core of everything that we do.

Respect.
We create a welcoming, collaborative and inclusive culture. We value debate and encourage feedback from everyone.

Accountability.
We take personal accountability to deliver what matters every day. We have clear ownership of our goals, and we make the right things happen.

Caring.
We take the time to listen and understand what’s important. We are compassionate and show empathy. We commit to doing business safely and sustainably.

What you can expect from your manager
Great managers shape people’s experience of work. At CitySprint, you can expect your manager to:
- set clear expectations
- provide regular, meaningful conversations
- offer honest, constructive feedback
- support your development
- treat people fairly and consistently
In return, managers expect ownership, openness and commitment from their teams.

Development and progression
Development here is practical, visible and connected to performance — not time served.
How will I know how I’m doing?
You’ll have clear goals, regular check-ins and honest feedback.
Who supports my growth?
Your manager plays a key role, supported by structured development aligned to both your aspirations and business needs — and a culture where colleagues invest in each other’s growth too.
What does progression look like?
Progression is based on readiness, capability and impact. Many people grow their careers by stepping into broader roles over time. And as part of DPD and Geopost, opportunities may extend across a much wider global organisation.
We’ll continue sharing real colleague stories so you can see what progression looks like in practice.

Diversity and inclusion
Inclusion at CitySprint means creating an environment where people feel respected, supported and able to do their best work — while being held to clear behavioural and performance expectations.
We want everyone to feel safe to speak up, challenge constructively and be themselves at work. It’s about creating the conditions where high standards can be met consistently by everyone.

Reward and benefits
We offer a fair, supportive benefits package designed around wellbeing, balance and security. Benefits typically include:
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
- A day off for your birthday
- Access to an advanced mental health support platform
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- EV salary sacrifice scheme*
- Additional days off for major child milestones (like a first day at school)
- Access to a healthcare and wellbeing programme
- Cycle to Work and season ticket loans (after one year’s service)
- Death in service cover
Benefits vary by role; full details are shared during the recruitment process.

Our commitment to responsibility and sustainability
Delivering what matters goes beyond our day-to-day work. Our CSR strategy focuses on:
- People – being an employer of choice
- Communities – supporting local areas through partnerships, volunteering and social value
- Suppliers – creating the conditions for couriers and partners to succeed
- Planet – accelerating the shift to sustainable deliveries, including our ambition to reach Net Zero by 2040
