CitySprint Shining Stars

Because our people do such a fantastic job we felt that recognition was deserved and so we set up the CitySprint Shining Stars awards. Every quarter we recognise those individuals in our business who have done a particularly incredible job of being a Bit Of A Star to both customers and colleagues. The awards are based on the qualities that we think make CitySprint a great organisation in which to work – and a great business to do business with:

Anyone who has gone above and beyond the call of duty, whether for a customer, a colleague or a courier, is eligible for nomination. Not only do we find the CitySprint shining star awards are a great way to reward the kind of commitment and passion we value but they also encourage our people to celebrate the positives in each other too.
