26 November 2025We’re proud to recognize our quarter three award winners who have exceeded expectations in delivering what truly matters to our customers, colleagues, and communities.

Created to recognise colleagues who go above and beyond, the “Delivering What Matters” programme highlights those who model our key behaviours. Quarterly, we choose six winners - one for each of our core values: accountability, caring, flexibility, honesty, passion, and respect. Their actions help ensure we always deliver what matters to the people and communities around us.
Meet our latest award winners…
Accountability – Jayshree B.
“Jay has demonstrated real accountability in the way she has provided support to the wider team. “Aimee consistently demonstrates outstanding dedication and professionalism, quickly establishing and maintaining great relationships with our customers whilst delivering exceptional customer service that reflects positively on our entire team. “Fantastic” Aimee is a “star” according to customers, with her willingness to share her knowledge and offer hands-on assistance exemplifying her team spirit and commitment to collective success.”
Honesty – Jennifer G.
“Jennifer’s dedication, drive and commitment to her team and the business is outstanding. She is always going above and beyond, taking on extra tasks and supporting other service centres in need, whilst bringing a positive attitude every day. Jen is always open and honest with everyone, building strong relationships which means we work and communicate more efficiently.”
Passion – Lynsey B.
“Lynsey is so passionate about her role and making sure her region is the best at everything we do. “Absolutely outstanding” Lynsey has created so much collaboration in the North that it helped everyone feel part of a team driving towards one goal.
