Our Reading and Medway sites are moving their operations to new and larger units, offering more storage space for warehousing capacity.

The team at our Reading service centre moved their operations to the new site on the 28
th of April, and the team from Medway will move in on the 6
th of June 2022.
Here are the addresses for our new sites:

CitySprint Medway Service Centre - Unit 18 Lakeside Park, Neptune Close, Rochester ME2 4LT
Our new local service centre in Reading is a short drive to the M4 junction, offering easy access to couriers on the road. The site offers a total capacity of 8,420 sq. ft, increasing the team’s logistical capacity from the former site. An electric charging point is also available for our
electric van deliveries.
On the east coast, our new Medway service centre has a total capacity of around 6,000 sq. ft, with 3,970 sq. ft dedicated to warehouse storage. Located near Rochester city centre and close to motorway routes including the M2, M20 & M25, our local team can transport items to desired locations with ease.
What does this mean for customers?
With larger and strategically positioned sites, our teams can better support our customers. The new sites will offer more storage capacity for businesses to use our
Forward Stock Location (FSL) services, saving time and money with shorter and less frequent deliveries.
Businesses can store their items within our local warehouses and book deliveries or collections through our
online platform, receiving automated updates by email or SMS so items can be tracked every step of the way.
