We are pleased to announce that CitySprint took 4 wins at this years National Courier Awards, hosted by the Institute of Couriers.
In it’s 25th year, the National Courier Awards take place to recognise and celebrate individuals in the industry who go above and beyond. It was great to finally celebrate in person, after last year’s event was cancelled due to Covid-19. CitySprint attendees also had the pleasure of speaking with the guest of honour, HRH Princess Anne on the night.
The National Courier Awards are designed to celebrate both corporate and individual achievements, with the individual element split into three categories – road, office and contract. A total of 37
short listers went before the judges, 10 of which were from CitySprint. We are proud that 4 of those 10 short listers came out on top as winners.
The annual gala took place on Tuesday 26
th October 2021 at Pall Mall, London. This year’s awards were particularly focused on key worker, critical infrastructure delivery UK wide, featuring companies national, regional and local, from network to franchise and independent.
Rosie Bailey, Commercial Director and IOC fellow commented
“One of my favourite nights of the year and so lovely that it could be held in person again. The winners from all companies had some fantastic attributes and showed our industry at its best.
I am always immensely proud of the strong group of nominations CitySprint put forward and to have 10 colleagues and couriers shortlisted shows the strength and quality of the CitySprint team. Our winners Maddie, Yomi and Isabelle were amazing company and deserving winners. Well done to Adam who unfortunately couldn't attend but has made a real difference in our new Sheffield site.”
