We are honoured to take home the bronze award for Best Large Customer Service Team at last night's annual European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards.
The annual ECCCSAs, now in their 22nd year, are the longest running and most significant awards programme in the industry. The programme honours organisations, teams, and initiatives from all around Europe that are setting the bar for providing the highest standard of customer service. This Pan-European awards programme honours the best in customer service, with teams from 32 European nations serving as fierce competitors!
Being our fifth major customer service award win this year, the team are delighted to take home bronze in recognition of their exceptional customer care. The award follows a period of transformation in our contact centres, with an updated CRM to manage customer information which allows our team to provide the best support. Whether it’s by email, phone or chat, each customer interaction matters to offer an excellent and consistent level of service. With an average phone patience of 30 seconds and 80% of direct chat responses within 60 seconds, we aim to support each enquiry with care.
CitySprint were also named a finalist in the Small Contact Centre of the Year Award which recognises our excellent customer service in our frontline contact centres, with highly skilled individuals working as a team, to deliver first point resolution whatever the query.
