The Institute of Couriers National Courier Awards took place on the 15th October and we are delighted to announce that we had six CitySprint winners going home with awards!
This night recognises those in the industry who go the extra mile to provide an outstanding service. Below is some more information about our wonderful winners from the night.
won an award in the Four Wheels Driver category. Andrew is renowned for his positivity, dedication and his ability to cover the full spectrum of courier work. He’s someone who is always on hand and willing to help.
picked up an award in the Four Wheels Contract Driver category. He is an extremely reliable courier who has built incredible relationships with customers.
was also a winner in the Four Wheels Contract Driver category. The epitome of a great courier, Stephen is an incredible role model for colleagues and the business.
won in the Office category (accepted by Lisa Clark in his absence). Adrian ensures everything is done to the best of his ability, his caring demeanour and support during stressful periods make him an immensely popular part of the CitySprint team.
was a winner in the Contract Office category. She is highly rated, hugely respected and very conscientious. Working directly with clients, Shervonne does everything to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Finally, Monica Pound
picked up a Presidential Fellows Recommendation award. Having been in the industry since the 70s, Monica shares her abundance of knowledge and her warm personality with everyone. Her amazing people and relationship management skills ensure that she gets things done.
