We are pleased to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for the Most Effective Digital Customer Experience as part of the Customer Experience category at this year’s European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs).
The ECCCSAs recognise and reward business’ customer contact across the organisation including, but not limited to, customer experience, contact centres, operational effectiveness and more. Now in its 21st year, the ECCCSAs reward organisations that value their people, continually innovate to improve the customer experience, and operate efficiently and effectively.
The nomination comes after a period of digital transformation, enabling our customers to have access to an end-to-end digital experience. Our market-leading automated customer account sign-up process provided customers with the means to create an account online, and within 5 minutes, be fully equipped to make online bookings – this makes booking deliveries on the go simpler due to the ability to self-serve. Previously, account sign-up and booking would take days, now it can be done in a matter of minutes.
This digital transformation has not only made the booking process smoother for our customers but alleviates the pressure on our teams as they can now see to more complicated enquiries.
Remote judging is currently taking place, and the winners will be announced Tuesday 23 November 2021 at Evolution London in Battersea Park. Good luck to all those nominated!
