Operating at this scale and delivering seven days a week incurs substantial operational costs. To help support this expanded infrastructure and safeguard network capacity for your business, we are introducing a temporary peak surcharge as per the below schedule.

This surcharge will apply to all parcels shipped on your account from the 1^st of November until the 6^th of February.

We have absorbed as many of these costs as possible to keep this fee to an absolute minimum, and our top priority remains delivering an exceptional peak experience for you and your customers.
