After much anticipation, we are delighted to be named winners at the Supply Chain Excellence Awards for Customer Service.
Every year, the Supply Chain Excellence Awards recognise outstanding achievements in supply chain management and reward companies across Europe, who have achieved great progress. Organisations taking part in the Awards, receive valuable feedback from judges to support their improvements. The Awards also highlight the different opportunities generated by excellent supply chain management and provide a unique networking opportunity for senior supply chain professionals.
Gold Award Winner - Customer Service, after improving our customer experience standards in the last 12 months. Our actions include, reducing our call abandonment rates, increasing speed and quality of call handling, and decreasing email resolution times. These changes are helping us improve the customer experience further, which is reflected in our current Trustpilot score of 4.6/5.
We were also grateful to be shortlisted as finalists for the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Excellence and Urban Logistics Awards categories.
Finalists - Healthcare & Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Excellence (Public Sector), for which we launched a new logistics solution in partnership with
NHS South East London Integrated Care system. We carefully delivered pulse oximeters to patient homes, who had tested positive for COVID-19 during the ongoing pandemic and ensured they could keep on top of their blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate.
Finalists - Urban Logistics, with the
Department of Health and Social Care and
Kuehne+Nagel. Kuehne+Nagel were contracted to provide additional support in the final mile delivery of Lateral Flow test kits to educational settings across the UK. As a preferred supplier, CitySprint were requested to generate a bespoke solution for final deliveries. Using our national network, optimised routes, and other capabilities, we demonstrated high flexibility and supported the project for over nine months.
