We are honoured to be named winners in three categories at the UK Contact Centre Forum Awards - Small Contact Centre of the Year, Medium Contact Centre of the Year and Best Customer Experience.
The UK Contact Centre Forum Awards (UKCCFA) are held anually to recognise the achievements of contact centres from a variety of organisations up and down the country. At last night’s award ceremony, our team were delighted to pick up three awards which highlights the excellent service provided by our contact centre teams on a daily basis.
Gold Award Winner - Small Contact Centre of the Year
, where our UK overnight and international call and admin team, as well as our clinical trials team, were acknowledged for their exceptional performance in handling sensitive deliveries in a prompt, efficient manner.
Silver Award Winner - Best Customer Experience of the Year,
which honours all the highly talented professionals who work together to form outstanding contact centre teams at CitySprint. These teams consistently provide excellent service while understanding and prioritising the needs of their customers.
Bronze Award Winner - Medium Contact Centre of the Year,
where our SameDay contact centre team distinguished themselves by offering outstanding customer service and delighting customers with every engagement, whether it be live chat, email, telephone, or via social media.
