Gold and Silver wins for CitySprint at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) 2023

CitySprint has been presented with a Gold Award for ‘Best Customer Service Team (Small)’ and Silver for ‘Greatest Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Impact’ at the ECCCSAs 2023.

The awards ceremony held at Evolution London on the evening of Tuesday 21st November was put on to highlight organisations across Europe that are leading the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.

For ‘Best Customer Service Team (Small),’ the judging panel were looking for customer service teams, including helpdesks and specialist teams, that are doing something outstanding and can demonstrate the influence they are having on the business.

In the ‘Greatest ESG Impact’ category, judges looked for evidence of a healthy approach to sustainability, culture and ethics, and the impact this has on customers, employees and the business.

With over 2,000 hours of face-to-face judging and written entries as part of the process, the panel were impressed by evidence presented by CitySprint which included customer engagement and satisfaction results, as demonstrated by our improved Trustpilot rating. The impact of our latest ESG initiatives as shown by results of our waste management scheme also swayed the panel’s decision.

These achievements follow on from success at the UK Employee Experience Awards in May this year for ‘Best CSR Initiative,’ alongside our latest finalist nominations at the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) hosted UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024 in the ‘Best Customer Experience’ and ‘Sustainable Customer Service.’
