The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) has named CitySprint as finalists in two categories at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024.
Organised by the professional body for customer service, the prestigious awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies giving entrants the opportunity to showcase their commitment to service excellence.
Entries to the awards are open to organisations across the UK and judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
CitySprint is shortlisted in the following two categories:
‘Best Customer Experience'
‘Sustainable Customer Service'
'Best Customer Experience Award'
looks to recognise organisations that have developed and implemented a CX strategy that has improved business performance. This category considers a range of key indicators including the strategy roll out, how CX is measured, and its effect on customers.
Combined with finalist nominations at the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2023
and European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2023
, this counts as the third time this year that performance improvements to CitySprint service levels and CX have been noticed by an award body.
'Sustainable Customer Service Award'
aims to shine a spotlight on companies that have introduced a sustainability initiative that has impacted CX by looking at positive outcomes from the strategy for the business, the customer, and the environment.
Our CSR strategy has resulted various energy efficient practices internally and externally, new business wins

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024 ceremony will be held on the evening of 12th
March 2024 at London Hilton on Park Lane.
