This award is available to customer service teams that interact effectively with customers via different channels of communication and have impacted the performance of their organisation.
Improving our CRM (customer relation manager) system enables our colleagues to access detailed information on each customer and support them. With regular updates and training, our team has also developed adaptive skills to growing expectations from our customers. Whether it’s by email, phone or chat, each customer interaction matters to offer an excellent and consistent level of service. With an average phone patience of 30 seconds and 80% of direct chat responses within 60 seconds, we aim to support each enquiry with care.

Open to contact centres with less than 100 frontline employees based in Europe, this award recognises organisations with a robust people process including recruitment, development, and employee engagement.
Our performance is built on excellent customer service with highly skilled individuals working as a team, to deliver first point resolution whatever the query. We answer everything from Pre-Order queries to ordering to Order tracking and queries post-delivery, if any. We take pride in leveraging our great customer service as our Unique Selling point in our sales proposition and improve our business impact. As we encourage our colleagues to develop new skills and grow within the business, we also identify new opportunities for improvement.
