Riding House Café is a stylish all-day neighbourhood brasserie based in London. The venue is split across a bustling canteen, a formal dining room and a relaxed lounge area, all joined together by the large dining bar and open kitchen.

With the challenges of the pandemic and strict restrictions, the brasserie had to find a suitable alternative to deliver their products and services including luxury foods across the country.  

Same day every day

CitySprint was requested to offer same day deliveries for the café, as the previous courier provider didn’t offer this option for local deliveries.

In fact, the previous deliveries weren’t integrated with the café’s requirements and goods were unfortunately getting damaged.

Simple and efficient

 

Only 2 weeks after the initial point of contact, CitySprint designed new operations with optimised routes, enabling us to offer same day multi drop services for London deliveries.

For nationwide deliveries, our experts used our UK Overnight service. The brasserie designated specific time frames so their goods could be collected and delivered on time.

 
Happy customers for Christmas

 

During the busy Christmas period, the brasserie was recieving many orders for their new luxury boxes. Our experts had to ensure deliveries were completed on time while keeping the products in good condition.

Over 1200 luxury boxes were successfully delivered to customers during this period.
