Give it up for our latest Courier Champions
07 August 2025The self-employed couriers we work with are an integral part of the business, and celebrating their commitment to providing top-tier service is one of our favourite quarterly traditions.
Every quarter, colleagues nominate the couriers they believe have gone above and beyond when it comes to delivering a great service or supporting their local community when it is needed most.
Without further ado, here are our latest winners…
Constantin from Guildford, who won the ‘Nationwide Natural’ category,
Constantin has been highly commended by a number of customers for being very quick, efficient, and always having a smile on his face. Here at CitySprint, we understand that all those things, especially the smile, are essential to ensure excellent customer service! No matter what delivery or where, customers know they can completely rely on Constantin to not only deliver their goods, but also to lift their spirits. Keep up the good work (and smiles) Constantin!
Nikolett from Norwich, who won the ‘Client Crusader’ category,
Nikolett regularly receives great reviews from customers. Whether they’re boasting about her for being ‘amazing’, ‘a delight’ or ‘extremely helpful and friendly’, she never lets down her customers. Nikolett is also known for being very polite, efficient and courteous – and all of this is done with a smile! Now that’s what we call delivering what matters with a touch of outstanding customer service. A round of applause for the amazing Nikolett, please!
Wayne from Manchester, who won the ‘Local Legend’ category,
Wayne has been celebrated this quarter for his willingness to consistently take on vital NHS offshore deliveries. This meant that life-saving equipment and other deliveries made it where they needed to be without a hitch, all thanks to him. Wayne is great at communicating, whether it’s ferry times or when bloods can be delivered. He is known at our Manchester service centre for always putting the customer first. Tremendous work, Wayne!
Neville from Cambridge, who won the ‘Out of Hours’ category,
Neville was recognised for always being reliable and available for out-of-hours work, as well as making sure to be consistently reliable and always on the ball. This reliability recently included rescuing an emergency blood delivery when another vehicle had broken down – meaning the essential delivery made it to where it needed to be without any additional issues. Neville provides excellent customer service and consistently gets praised by the local blood centre for his professionalism and attention to detail. Well done Neville!
We’d also like to give a special mention to all of the other nominees, each of whom should be proud of being recognised as great at what they do. Although winning is always a glorious feat, just being nominated is a great sign of the outstanding service and above-and-beyond attitude that the courier suppliers demonstrate daily.
