Introducing the first ‘Delivering what matters’ awards winners of 2025

20 May 2025

We are thrilled to announce the first 2025 award winners who have gone above and beyond to deliver what matters to our customers, colleagues, and wider communities.

The ‘Delivering what matters’ recognition scheme is designed to highlight the colleagues who stand out for demonstrating the right behaviours in the workplace and reward them accordingly. Every quarter, we select six winners that represent each one of our core values – accountability, caring, flexibility, honesty, passion, and respect. By demonstrating these values, we hope to always deliver what matters to our customers, colleagues, and wider communities.

Without further ado, here are 2025’s Q1 winners of the ‘Delivering what matters’ awards:

1. Accountability – Sara B.

"Sara has been an incredible force for positive change at Absolutely Courier. She is consistently stepping up in ways far beyond her role, embracing challenges with a can-do attitude and a real drive to help the business move forward. Sara's proactive mindset and willingness to go the extra mile have set an amazing example for the team."

2. Caring – Jo F.

"Jo is an amazing manager and colleague. She is supportive, encouraging, and truly one in a million. Another thing about Jo is that she is also really passionate about the environment. She cares and wants to make an impact, and her dedication and commitment to continuous improvement have had a profound impact on her team, driving efficiency and enhancing overall performance."

3. Flexibility – Natalie E.

"Natalie consistently demonstrates an exceptional ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-evolving environment. She is a pillar of stability and has been recognised for her exceptional contribution to the team during a challenging period. Natalie always goes above and beyond in her role, as well as always supporting her colleagues when they need help."

4. Honesty – Laura R.

Whilst taking on extra work, she has streamlined and improved processes and shown she’s such a valuable asset to the business, all whilst being an excellent mentor who treats colleagues with great care and respect."
