We’re proud to announce that CitySprint have been named finalists in three categories at the 27th annual Supply Chain Excellence Awards.
Every year the awards initiative offers global recognition for organisations that demonstrate excellence in their supply chain operations. Designed to celebrate the joint achievements of logistics providers and their end-user clients, the awards have become the benchmark for supply chain best practice attracting entries from across the UK and Europe.
CitySprint have been shortlisted in the
‘Public Sector’ category, together with The Libraries Consortium;
‘Healthcare & Pharmaceutical – Public Sector’ category, in collaboration with KFM; and
‘Customer Service’ award category
.
The Public Sector Award looks to highlight techniques, projects, or processes where supply chains have improved public services. Our successful partnership with The Libraries Consortium received recognition for a system implemented to move books across a network of 300+ libraries.
The Healthcare & Pharmaceutical – Public Sector Award focuses on techniques, projects, or processes where supply chains have benefitted patient health outcome. Our innovative collaboration with KFM has been voted for due to a fast and easy-to-manage medication delivery system resulting in improved visibility and accurate delivery times for patients, in addition to substantial emission reductions through green deliveries.
Lastly,
The Customer Service Award recognises companies striving to exceed customer expectations, implementing industry-leading standards of service, and looking to innovate their customer experience capabilities. This nomination followed on from our teams achieving a 4.8 out of 5-stars Trustpilot rating (the highest score for any national same day logistics company) and is also backed up with impressive progress made on service levels, quality of service and
customer satisfaction.
To be recognised as a company delivering excellence amongst our industry peers is a great achievement and made even better after our success at the
UK Employee Experience Awards earlier this year.
Winners for all categories will be revealed during the awards ceremony on the 9
th November 2023, at the London Hilton on Park Lane. Whether we win or not, we’re delighted to have a spotlight shining on the hard work carried out by our teams and clients.
