CitySprint welcome new apprentices to the workforce!

We have teamed up with Hawk Training to provide bespoke Apprenticeship programmes for 6 Business Administration students and 3 Customer Service students, designed for 16 and overs who aren’t in full time education.

The programme is a great alternative to higher education, which allows students to learn on the job, alongside academic tuition provided by Hawk Training.

Our apprentices will receive training for their chosen discipline, all while gaining first-hand experience working in our regional sites across the UK. Both the academic tuition and work experience will help perfect their skills in their chosen business area preparing them for a smooth transition into the workplace. By the end of the programme they can expect to receive professional qualifications, on-the-job experience, and potential job-offers.

As well as 9 apprenticeship schemes, we have also introduced a Management Apprenticeship Programme to develop management and team leading skills in individuals who are already part of the CitySprint team. This includes Level 3 Apprenticeships for Team Leaders or Supervisors and Level 5 Apprenticeships for Operations or Departmental Managers, both of which include a Chartered Management Institute Qualification. This programme requests students to work at a slightly higher level and helps us to discover the new leaders of the future.
