We’re excited to announce that we have been named as a finalist for ‘Best CSR Initiative’ at the UK Employee Experience Awards – a celebration of employee experience excellence.
Hosted by Awards International, the UK Employee Experience Awards recognise organisations who create a positive and fulfilling work environment by putting their employees first, to further learning, sharing, networking and the creation of valuable relationships.
Nominations for ‘Best CSR Initiative’ particularly focus on organisations who encourage employees to help their communities with examples ranging from charity fundraising to environmental action.
Some of the initiatives recognised in the award entry include the fact that our teams collectively raised over
£156k in donations for more than 20 charities, which also takes in to account a contribution of
£22k+ raised towards The Trussell Trust as part of our senior leadership teams London to Brighton charity cycle ride in September 2022.
Naturally, our achievements towards being a sustainable consumer and supplier were also acknowledged. Not only did we become
verified as a carbon neutral business 18 months ahead of target, but we also
expanded our EV fleet and launched a monthly recycling performance report by site resulting in 96% of business waste being diverted from landfill.
This latest nomination marks another victory in our CSR journey following our
Gold award win for ‘Best CSR Initiative’ at the UK Business Awards 2022. Our shortlisting also counts as the second finalist nomination of 2023 after reaching the final stages of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards for 'Best Customer Service'.

th May in London.
