  • Can I get a quote before making a booking?

    Yes, we offer an instant quote service which you can access online, by email or by phone. All you need is the collection and delivery postcodes and the dimensions of the item you are sending. You will then get a quote for each vehicle type (if applicable) which is valid for 15 minutes.

  • How do I create an account with your courier service?

    Signing up is quick and easy. Just click Sign up for an account, and fill in your details. Once registered, you can make bookings, track deliveries, and manage your account all in one place.

  • What information do I need to send a parcel?

    You’ll need the sender’s and recipient’s details, parcel dimensions and weight, and your preferred delivery option.

  • How do I print shipping labels?

    Once you make a booking online, you can download and print your shipping labels directly from your account dashboard.

  • What happens if I need to change or cancel a shipment?

    Changes or cancellations can be made through your account, subject to timing and service conditions. Contact our customer service team if you need assistance.

  • Can I send a letter by Same Day delivery?

    Letters and documents can be sent by Same Day delivery, as well as a range of other items. With collection within 60 minutes from the moment you place your order, your letter can be delivered within a few hours of being collected. Thousands of letters are sent via Same Day delivery every day across the UK, with legal and business letters forming the majority of these. Last-minute birthday cards, gifts and letters are also popular.

  • Can I pick up a missed delivery the same day?

    If you miss your Same Day courier delivery and there is nobody at the delivery address to sign for your item then you can arrange to have your item delivered again by contacting our customer service team.

  • What time will my Same Day delivery arrive?

    The time your Same Day delivery arrives depends on what time your item is collected and the distance to the delivery location. With live tracking you can follow your item every step of the way right to the delivery destination signing.

  • How does the courier process work?

    As soon as your order is received it is automatically entered into our system. A courier driver is then allocated to collect your item at your chosen time and location. Once collected the item is scanned. With live tracking you can watch your delivery in real time as it travels towards its destination. Once delivered and signed for, the live tracking is updated and notifications sent.
