Shoppers in Brighton can now wrap and post their parcels straight from the high street by visiting CitySprint’s newly launched Brighton Parcel Shop.
The concept store, designed as a tribute to Brighton’s landmarks, offers shipping and courier services to the local community, regardless of whether they are a CitySprint account holder. It builds on 5 years of CitySprint operating in Brighton.
The Brighton Parcel Shop, which is located in the heart of The Laines, was launched last Friday with a coffee morning for new and existing customers, after months of refurbishment work. The store now offers CitySprint’s SameDay Courier, UK overnight (next day) and International Courier services, in addition to a new pushbike service
Stuart Gordon, CitySprint’s Regional Manager, said: "Becoming part of Brighton’s business community is very important to us and we look forward to participating in local community incentives and charitable events. Most importantly, the Brighton Parcel Shop is open and ready to deliver the best service possible to local people!”
Emma Kiersey, Brighton Service Centre Manager, said "The staff at the Parcel Shop had a fantastic morning on Friday. It was lovely to meet our customers for a hot drink and a delicious pastry (supplied by one of our clients, Raise Bakery) and show them the refurbished store. We’re looking forward to expanding our offering in Brighton and extending our offering to more of the public."
