We are up for two awards in the BusinessGreen Technology Awards 2018.
Our nominations are in both the Supply Chain/Logistics Technology of the Year and the Transport Technology of the Year categories for our Green Logistics Programme.
We are aware that the transport and logistics industry has a huge part to play in greenhouse gas emissions, which is why we are trying to utilise our green fleet throughout London as much as we can.
Our green fleet is made up of pushbikes, cargo bikes, electric vans and hydrogen vans - all of which are helping to reduce our ecological footprint in the city. To give you an idea, four tonnes of Co2 is saved per year by using a cargo bike instead of a van. This will create a huge difference in GHG emissions over time and will contribute towards a greener future.
