Reduced administrative work and costs

As a result of our partnership, bespoke approaches are put in place tailored to each borough leaving libraries freed up from the sorting processes. The libraries also saved money as they could simply borrow books from other libraries across the boroughs instead of having to buy new books, meaning they could invest more into their service and communities. Further administrative work is reduced as we ensure collections and deliveries are prebooked on the system, meaning library staff no longer need to take the time to book in jobs themselves.

Our advanced routing software is utilised to ensure the most efficient routes are undertaken by couriers, reducing excess mileage and unnecessary emissions providing financial savings to TLC on courier journeys.

“The libraries team at SCC’s headquarters in Dorking are delighted with how the service is going. The drivers are very helpful & polite. The Service Centre in Heathrow is very hands on, and our Account Manager is very efficient. The success of this contract is all down to excellent communication.”
